We were hoping to be discharged from the hospital today but Elsie’s biliruben count (jaundice) came in high and she needed some phototherapy. They wanted her to be as naked as possible and snuggle under a bed of lights.


She has some tiny little goggles on that protect her eyes. Its like a little baby tan bed. She isn’t a fan of the lights. At least this time Mark is using this light to grow a baby instead of something else…


We are crossing our fingers that the lights have done their job and we can finally introduce elsie to her brother and sisters – Crenshaw, Cricket and Miss Lola.
